BMS & Battery Pack Debugging Enginee

Experience : 2+ Years

• Debug and validate BMS hardware and firmware at cell, module, and pack levels
• Perform battery packlevel imbalance analysis and debugging
• Troubleshoot slow charging issues and charging-related faults
• Debug BMS power stages including MOSFETs, buck converters, and AFE circuits
• Perform CAN communication and IoT-based monitoring/debugging
• Test and validate protections (OV, UV, OC, SC, OT, UT)
• Debug pack components such as contactors, pre-Discharge circuits and fuses.
• Handle battery testing using Neware cyclers and related test equipment
• Perform root cause analysis and action plan recommendation for production line issues .
• 
  Prepare test reports and support validation activities.

Requirements

• BE/BTech Electrical / Electronics or related field
• Strong knowledge of MOSFETs, buck converters, AFE ICs, and overall BMS architecture
• Experience in cell imbalance analysis and debugging at pack level
• Proficiency in reading, analysing, and debugging circuit schematics
• Working knowledge of Altium Designer for schematic review and basic PCB understanding

• Skilled in using lab instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and electronic loads
• Experience with SMD soldering and rework for debugging and validation
• Proficient with CAN tools and CAN-based communication debugging
• Knowledge of IoT systems and data-driven battery monitoring
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and documentation skills
• To have Knowledge in Quality tools like RCA ,Problem solving techniques.
