Role & responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally
- Address customer queries, complaints, and service requests
- Accurately document customer interactions and details
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Adhere to internal call handling standards and guidelines
Candidate profile
- Any Graduate (arrears/dropouts can be considered)
- Any Diploma holder
- Good communication skills in Hindi, English and Kannada
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts with rotational week-offs
