How You Will Contribute
Reporting to Manager, Enterprise Analytics as Associate, Enterprise Data Management, developing reports and dashboards in various tools to help business in drawing insights from data. You must have exposure to a reporting platform understanding of data modelling techniques, operational reporting, analytics, and data engineering systems. You will work closely with data analyst, data engineering and UX team to deliver products that offers data insights via high quality visuals.
  • Understand data and develop reports and dashboard in various reporting tools such as PBI, Looker etc.
  • Free Workshop
    Partner with data analyst, data engineer and / or business teams such as Finance, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Software, Services, Sales etc. to understand business requirements.
  • Participate in peer code review to share / review report design and improvise per feedback.
  • Owns design, data models, development, and timelines for delivery of data visualization dashboard pulling data from data warehouse (Snowflake / Oracle data warehouse) or other sources.
  • Share options for high quality visuals for the requirements of new / enhancement of operational reports / dashboards.

The Must Haves
  • 2 years + of experience with implementing visualization / reporting tools such as Google Looker, Power BI, OBIEE, Tableau and ThoughtSpot.
  • Strong expertise with writing SQL and good understanding of data warehouse concepts is a must.

  • Demonstrated basic knowledge of analyzing data, understanding data granularity, data modelling techniques.
  • Creativity in visualization techniques and be able to present multiple options to business users.
  • At least two years of relevant experience; any additional customer-facing experience is a plus.
  • Comfortable with juggling facts, figures, and multiple projects.
  • Strong team player with a sense of ownership for deliverables.
  • Demonstrated customer focus - evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer.

  • Approach to solving problems, effective communication, and ownership.
  • Agile mindset and good understanding of MVP / iterative development is desired.
