Join Ciscos Global Partner Finance Business Reporting Operations team, where we drive data-backed decision-making to support Ciscos Distribution Sales organization.
This team sits at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Technology, enabling strategic alignment, operational excellence, and scalable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales Operations, IT, and Corporate Finance to deliver impactful analytics and business solutions that power Ciscos growth.
Your Impact
As a Business Architect, you will act as a strategic bridge between financial planning and sales execution. You will leverage advanced analytics, BI tools, and business architecture principles to design scalable solutions and enable data-driven decisions.
You Will

• Define and maintain the business architecture for the Sales-Finance interface, ensuring alignment between sales targets and financial forecasts
• Analyze large datasets using SQL Server, Snowflake, and SAP Hana to provide insights on sales performance, pipeline health, and margins
• Design and deliver advanced dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to support real-time executive decision-making
• Identify bottlenecks in the sales-to-finance workflow and implement scalable process improvements
• 
  Collaborate with Sales Operations, IT, and Finance teams to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements
• Support forecasting through predictive modeling and data-driven insights
• Leverage tools like Cisco Circuit AI and Snowflake Cortex AI to generate business commentary and analytics
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and consistency across reporting systems
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Masters degree in Computer Applications, Finance, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in business architecture, financial analysis, or sales operations
• Advanced expertise in Tableau, Tableau Cloud, and Power BI for dashboarding and visualization
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server, SAP Hana, and Snowflake
• Proven experience working with large datasets and complex data models
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Cisco data platforms such as D360, Disti Fusion, Partner Journey, and RFM models
• Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics and statistical modeling
• Familiarity with Cisco Circuit AI and Snowflake Cortex AI
• Understanding of Ciscos business model or similar high-tech revenue structures
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
