AP Quality Assurance Lead

Job Title : Accounts Payable Compliance leader and Engagement Risk Manager

What you will do :

• Leads teams and efforts to ensure effective execution of periodic risk assessment and drive integration of remediation efforts with risk management process


• Partner with Service delivery leadership for both communicate and manage risk in delivery at acceptable level


• Partner with awareness and training elements to develop and ensure rollouts of program to increase level of awareness of compliance with policy and process


• Lead and perform activities to help measure, and monitor compliance with CISCO Accounts payable policies


• Coordinate with delivery teams to build world class compliance program which include processes, procedure, flow charts and assessments


• Drive strengthening of existing processes ad control framework, identify gaps and improvements


• Conduct ongoing framework in respect to compliance and policies


• Plan and perform ongoing reviews of processes and controls embedded in service delivery to assure they designed appropriately, implement effectively and operating as intended


• 
  Fully manage execution of the assigned controls


• Keep Up to date with emerging knowledge, lesson learned and predict how they will evolve in response to change management


• Document end to end process flow and identity standardization opportunity


• Conduct Monthly Audits to ensure all controls are carried out as per process design

Who you’ll work with

This role is responsible for the global operations for in-scope services for the A/P operation in Global Shared Services.

Who You Are

• 9 to 10 years of core Accounts payable experience


• 5 years’ demonstrated ability of experience in working with cross functional teams


• CIA preferred


• Partner with other to resolve business challenges


• Ability to handle senior stakeholder relationship


• Compliance and Audit experience


• Bachelor degree


• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
