Citi’s Personal Banking and Wealth Management is looking for full-time analysts to join the team in Dubai. Global Wealth Management brings together the full power of Citi to serve the entire continuum of wealth clients, from affluent to ultra-high net worth to family offices. Our program is designed to help you increase your knowledge, so whatever your degree is in we will give you the training and support you need to excel.

We’re committed to teaching you the ropes. Here at Citi, rotational programs are intended to help you build a broad skillset and accelerate your career growth by gaining exposure to numerous roles. The 27 month analyst program starts in the Summer and begins with a training program. You will then rotate across four different departments, where you will have hands-on experience working across Personal Banking and Wealth Management business lines and business functions. In one of your rotations analysts will have the opportunity to participate in a rotation within EMEA based on their performance.
Your time here will look something like this...

• Supporting the team in identifying and executing complex complex problems
• Analyzing transaction flows of the worlds largest financial institutions
• Be a part of the front end of technological development for the financial transaction space
• Work and support more than 50 different geographies across the region to deliver the best solutions to our clients
• Work with Private Bankers to identify prospects and present value propositions offered by fiduciary offshore structures (trusts, investment holding vehicles and insurance solutions) to high-net-worth clients of Citi Private Bank (CPB).
• Attend client meetings with Bankers and participate in presentations and sales pitches

• You will have or will be graduating by 2025
  
• Obtained or on course to achieve a 3.0 GPA out of 4.0 (or equivalent) at undergraduate level in any degree discipline.
• You have an interest in business
