Customer Service Representative, Lending

What role you will play in team: Provide exceptional customer service to lending clients, resolving inquiries and issues efficiently.

What you will do: Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communication channels to support customers through the lending process.

Key responsibility:

• Handle customer inquiries regarding loan applications, payments, and account information.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Promote Citibank's products and services.
• 
  Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and efficiency.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
