What role you will play in team

Support senior bankers in all aspects of equity capital markets transactions, contributing to financial modeling, client presentations, and deal execution

What you will do

Will assist in various stages of the deal process, conducting research, analysis, and preparation of materials.

Key responsibility

• Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis.
• Prepare marketing materials and presentations.
• Assist in the preparation of transaction documents.
  
• Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Learn market trends and competitor activities

Required Qualification and Skills

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic understanding of equity capital markets.
