Job Description

    You will be responsible for following documented procedures and processes to onboard non-employees globally across multiple sectors at Citi. Your role involves developing relationships with various stakeholders such as Hiring Managers, Chief of Staff, Sourcing, and Suppliers. In the Non-Employee Management System (NEMS), you will perform onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding activities while ensuring compliance with internal Citi policies and regulations at both global and country levels. Due diligence checks based on non-employee work location are essential for this role.
    Working collaboratively as part of a team, you will provide onboarding support to a diverse group of Senior Stakeholders. Acting as the primary point of contact for onboarding queries, you will escalate issues for resolution and strive to meet productivity and data quality targets. Maintaining high standards for data quality is crucial, including accuracy of data entry, compliance with control requirements, and prompt resolution of data quality issues.
    Your role also involves sharing ideas for process improvements, automation, and quality enhancements. Effective communication with internal Citi business partners and suppliers regarding onboarding cycle time and status is essential. Prioritizing onboarding requests to meet Staffing Office service level agreements, managing incoming requests via ServiceNow, and providing excellent customer service to both internal and external clients are key responsibilities.

    To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in Back Office, Financial Services, Banking, Onboarding, Staffing industry, or Vendor Management systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams is required. Strong organizational skills, adaptability, relationship management abilities, time management skills, and problem-solving capabilities are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.
    A technical or associate degree in Business Administration, risk and control knowledge, and fluency in English (Spanish is a plus) are preferred qualifications. Flexibility to work in both office and remote environments is necessary. By prioritizing client relationships, teamwork, and adaptability, you will contribute to the efficient onboarding of non-employees at Citi.,
