What is in it for you

As a Manager Project Management, you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards. Your key responsibilities include:

Responsibilities: -

• Manage the design, deployment, and delivery of projects determined by budget, timeline, and stakeholder, and provide IT solutions that meet business requirements.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget and to meet the desired business objectives.
• Direct project teams and maintain control of progress, quality, and budget to meet the desired business objectives.
• Monitor and control project execution, establish project governance, and manage risks and issues.

• Set up and run all project related meetings, and maintain the record of actions, decisions, issues, risks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all project related escalations.
• Provide transparent and accurate project reporting including overall performance of the project and project documentation completion.
• Own project status, issues and risks through appropriate channels/tools, and ensure that these are reported back to agreed project governance (e.g.: Steering Committee) with focus on required actions, ownership, and risk management.
• Manage diverse set of senior stakeholders in the organization by effectively displaying the excellence in soft skills.
• Ensure effective use of resources and project management methods, tools and practices.
• Ensure adherence to Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Project Management service scope.
• Collaborate effectively with other teams, DDIT Functions and domains in the organization, and also suppliers providing services to the project.
