Career Counsellor || Lucknow

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents on courses, careers, and university options (Indian & international).
  
• Conduct individual/group counselling sessions to understand interests, goals, and aptitude.
  
• Coordinate with university delegates for visits, presentations, and information sharing.
  
• Mentor students and respond to queries related to admissions and career decisions.
  
• Assist with application and admission processes, documentation, and deadlines.
  
• Share relevant resources: exams, scholarships, programs, and career opportunities.
  
• Stay updated on education trends and job market changes.
  
• Participate in school events, orientations, and career fairs.
  
  
  

Eligibility & Experience

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Psychology, Education, Management, or related fields.
  
• 25 years of experience in career counselling, university admissions, or student advisory roles (preferred).
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Additional certification in Career Counseling would be an advantage
