Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and assist with queries related to accounts, cards, loans, digital banking, and other services.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues within defined guidelines.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Document call details, customer concerns, and resolutions in the system.
- Follow call quality standards, scripts, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain a positive, polite, and professional tone during all interactions.
- Meet daily/weekly performance targets such as call handling time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Good verbal communication skills in English, Tamil and at least one regional language (Kannada / Telugu / Hindi, any one or more).

- Active listening and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to remain calm and positive while handling customer concerns.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use call center systems.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekly Offs.
- Customer-focused attitude and eagerness to learn.
