Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a NRI Relationship Manager located in Varahi. Responsibilities include managing and growing the banks relationship with the Non-Resident Indian (NRI) customer segment by understanding their banking and financial needs. The role involves acquiring new NRI clients, deepening existing customer relationships, handling account-related queries, and offering tailor-made banking solutions. The NRI Relationship Manager will also stay updated on banking regulations, ensure compliance, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in customer relationship management, client engagement, and understanding financial needs
• Experience in handling NRI customers and knowledge of NRI banking products and services
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
