Job Role Marketing & Lead Generation Manager Medical & Beauty Education

Location: Deccan, Pune

Working Days: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

About the Role Were looking for a smart, energetic Marketing & Lead Generation Manager to promote our clients' specialised training courses for both doctors (e.g., PGDCC, Aesthetic Medicine) and non-doctors (e.g., cosmetology, beauty therapy, clinical aesthetics). Your mission is simple yet powerful: generate high-quality leads and drive admissions by building partnerships, running targeted campaigns, and fostering collaborations with hospitals, clinics, beauty academies, salons, and other relevant organisations.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute lead generation strategies to meet monthly & quarterly admission targets.

- Build partnerships with: Hospitals, clinics, medical colleges, and doctor networks (for medical courses) Beauty academies, salons, wellness centres, and training institutes (for cosmetology/non-doctor courses)

- Organise and participate in medical conferences, CMEs, workshops, beauty expos, and industry events.

- Design referral and alumni programs to encourage word-of-mouth enrollments.

- Coordinate closely with the counselling/sales team to track leads and drive conversions.

- Develop marketing materials tailored separately for doctors and non-doctor audiences.

- Monitor campaign performance, analyse lead quality, and refine strategies for better ROI.

- Stay updated on competitor offerings and market trends in both medical and beauty education.

What Were Looking For

- 47 years of experience in marketing, business development, or admissions, ideally in education, healthcare, or beauty/aesthetics training.

- Proven ability to generate measurable leads and partnerships.

- Strong network in hospitals, clinics, beauty academies, or salons is a plus.

- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

- Energetic, proactive, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Salary range up to - 7.20 LPA
