Clariti helps brands grow on Indias largest online marketplaces. We manage advertising for 100+ brands across platforms such as Myntra, Flipkart and AJIO; combining advertising expertise, data, and technology built in-house to deliver measurable business growth.

We are an early-stage, high-growth startup, and we are looking for Advertising Account Managers who are eager to learn, take ownership, and want to grow quickly with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage advertising campaigns across Myntra, Flipkart and AJIO.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, bids, keywords, and product portfolios.
• Analyze data to improve sales, ROAS, and advertising efficiency.
• Prepare performance reports and present actionable insights.
• Work closely with senior account managers and clients to execute growth strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution.
• 
  Contribute to improving processes and identifying automation opportunities.

Requirements

• 1 to 4 years of experience in marketplace advertising or performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Myntra Ads, Flipkart Ads, or AJIO Ads
• Agency experience managing multiple brands is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with good Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
