Job Description
Role & responsibilities
JL3A
Primary skills and responsibilities:
- Law graduate from a premier university
- Excellent legal knowledge and experience in handling various legal projects
- Competent in Contract Administration, Contract Review, Drafting, Redlining and Negotiation, contractual risk analysis, contractual/legal compliance with exposure to various industries and multiple geographies
- Experience in Data migration and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool enhancement and enrichment
- Contract Life Cycle ticket management on stakeholders queries on contract status and related matters
- Experience in contracts across various industries specifically in Retail, FMCG and IT industries including procurement contracts
- Excellent knowledge of Contract laws and other principles underlying the law of contracts.
- Should have independently performing production including leading various project tasks with efficient delivery
- Preferred experience using some of the industry standard Tools such as Ivalua, Ariba, Coupa, Salesforce/Apttus, iCertis, etc.
- Excellent command over English Language both in written and oral communication
- Eager to learn different client requirements and adapt to the situation at a fast pace.
- Exposed to quality parameters, SLA management and governance structure.
- Able to pick up process knowledge, workflows, operating procedures, and manager’s instructions.
- Able to manage the client’s stakeholders efficiently based on project requirements.
Secondary skills:
- Flexible working in UK shift as per project requirement. Hybrid working from office
- Able to work under minimum supervision and work on multiple activities.
- Able to grasp the subject matter and maintain the quality of the work product.
- Able to identify the project gaps and enhance the quality of the product and drive the teams to balance productivity and quality by innovative project practices.
- Ensure that the project is compliant with every requirement laid down by the various departments and maintain the governance.
- An effective output driven approach to meet the client requirement efficiently by best utilization of team resources.
- Experience in MS office tools, medium proficiency in excel, preparing reports

- Experience in Operations management, mentoring, Training in various Contracts projects
