Position Overview
The Senior Executive – Accounting & Payroll will be responsible for managing daily accounting activities and end-to-end payroll processes while ensuring compliance with Indian statutory requirements. The role requires strong accounting fundamentals, payroll knowledge, Excel proficiency and hands-on experience with accounting/payroll software and ERP systems.
Responsibilities

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain ledgers.
• Manage end-to-end payroll operations.
• Handle PF, ESI, PT and TDS statutory payments and compliance.
• Perform bank statement and vendor account reconciliations.
• Manage vendor and supplier payments.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Maintain employee incentive records.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Maintain confidential financial and employee records.
  

Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Accounting & Payroll.

Get Hired
• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance).
• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / Zoho Books / Great HR or similar software.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Indian payroll laws.
• Good understanding of PF, ESI, PT and TDS.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Good ERP knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality and integrity.
• Good time-management and multitasking abilities.
