*Position Overview*:
The Business Development Associate is responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the companys reach in the education technology market. This role requires a dynamic, results-oriented individual who can effectively communicate the value of the companys products and services to various stakeholders, including schools, universities, and individual learners.
*Key Responsibilities*:
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
Identify and research potential clients, including educational institutions, educators, and corporate training organizations.
Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and increase market share.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to showcase the companys offerings.Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions based on client needs.
Market Research & Insights:
Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the EdTech space.
Provide regular feedback to product and marketing teams to refine offerings and strategies.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align efforts and maximize impact.
Participate in team meetings, strategy sessions, and training programs to improve knowledge and skills.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.
*Required Skills & Qualifications*:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management, preferably in the EdTech or education sector.
