Company Description:

Classcard is the fastest way to manage and sell classes online. Classcard does all the boring work: scheduling and selling classes online, fee collection, progress tracking & more - that too with a branded app and website that is set up in minutes, not months.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads within the class provider market. You will identify potential clients who could benefit from our software, research their needs, and reach out to them to generate interest. You will also nurture leads by providing them with valuable information and educating them on how our solutions can address their specific challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for and qualify new leads within the class provider industry
  • Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cohesive AI, and other platforms to identify potential leads in the APAC and Australian market.
  • Conduct in-depth research to understand the needs and challenges of potential clients
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns via phone, email, Linkedin and social media
  • Use qualifying frameworks (e.g., BANT, CHAMP) to ensure prospects are a good fit for Classcard.
  • Independently schedule and score discovery meetings with high-quality leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and progress

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a similar role, preferably in a SaaS or SMB-focused environment.
  • Proven track record of prospecting and qualifying leads

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of the sales process
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Attio)

Salary

  • Industry - B2B SMB
  • Probation Duration: 3 months
  • Fully Remote Role + WFH allowance
  • CTC : INR 6 - 8 LPA + Highly attractive incentives
