Job Title : Associate - Startup Equity Funding
STRICTLY FOR CANDIDATES WITH ATLEAST 2 YRS OF VC/PE FUNDRAISING EXPERIENCE FOR STARTUPS IN INDIA.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors in commerce or MBA with Investment banking/VC/PE experience
- A Solution seeking mindset & clarity of communication
- Excellent Industry network of PE/VC funds, AIF's and Startup ecosystem

Experience :
- A minimum, 2 yrs of VC, Investment Banking experience in sourcing and fundraise execution
- Excellent understanding of the Industry sub-sectors, its Business models, Financial analysis and Due diligence metrics
- Network of sector specific mid, micro VC funds and their Investment propositions.
- Demonstrable experience in executing mid-market and Startup VC transactions
Job Role :
1. Sourcing and execution of VC equity fundraise mandates for Early and Mature Startups
2. Excellent understanding, network of LP's/VC funds, AIF's and Business Intelligence of the sector
3. Business Intelligence of New Funds launch, mandates, LP's Investments trends
4. Expertise in creating IM, Valuations, Term Sheets
5. Thorough understanding for Deal structures and Investment models
6. Experience in handling fundraising to sector specific funds and Individual firms
7. Excellent Business Intelligence and Deal sourcing abilities
8. Develop a thorough BD plan towards strengthening the Industry presence and impactful marketing initiatives.
Remuneration :
- INR 12 Lakhs to 20 Lakhs per Annum
- Better than Industry Standard + Plus Leadership role and Profit share for the founding team
