Job Title: IT Recruiter

Location: Trivandrum Technopark (Work from Office)

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred

• Source, screen, and shortlist technical candidates across various IT roles (developers, testers, etc.)
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Use job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools effectively
• Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand role requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment
• Strong knowledge of technical skillsets and hiring trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
• Must be willing to work from the Technopark, Trivandrum office
• Immediate or short notice joiners preferred
