Assistant Manager Finance Operations

Roles & Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR), including vendor reconciliations.
• Manage Sales invoices and corresponding accounting processes.
• Process tax invoices ensuring compliance with mandatory tax regulations and company policies.
• Strong proficiency in Excel with the ability to handle data management effectively.
• Assist with month-end accounting tasks such as provisions, reconcilation and other closing activities.
• 
  Ensure adherence to agreed SLAs and internal company policies.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and TCS taxation.
• Provide support to stakeholders and internal teams for resolving queries and escalations.
• Collaborate with business and tax teams for seamless operations.
• Perform any other ad-hoc activities as required by the business.

To succeed in this role you should have the following

1. Excellent working knowledge of Excel and G-mail.
2. Should have prior experience in accounting of a medium to large scale organization in Travel Industry/ FMCG / online media / e-commerce / Telecom Industry/Listed Manufacturings.
3. Should have understanding of the Business Process.
4. Experience in executing reconciliation, MIS Reporting.
5. Good eye for detail and quick learner.
6. Coordination with cross functional teams.
