Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer specializing in Industrial Cutting Tools to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in cutting tools (such as milling, drilling, turning, and grinding tools) and proven sales experience in the UAE market. The role involves building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets while providing technical support to customers.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UAE industrial sector (manufacturing, oil & gas, aerospace, automotive, etc.).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including distributors, OEMs, and end-users.
• 
  Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable cutting tool solutions (carbide, HSS, inserts, drills, end mills, etc.).
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while managing the sales pipeline effectively.
• Provide after-sales support, including troubleshooting and technical assistance.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies.
• Collaborate with the technical and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to promote products.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience in sales of industrial cutting tools/machine tools/MRO products.

  Strong technical knowledge of metal-cutting tools, machining processes, and tooling applications.
• Proven track record in B2B sales, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Valid UAE driving license is a must.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English.
