Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator with a background in the industrial tools/manufacturing sector, preferably in cutting tools, machining, or metalworking industries. The ideal candidate will have UAE-specific experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to support the sales team in achieving targets by managing orders, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Support: Assist the sales team with quotations, order processing, and follow-ups to ensure timely delivery of industrial cutting tools.
• Client Coordination: Act as a liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams (logistics, production, accounts) to ensure smooth transactions.
  
• Order Management: Process purchase orders, track order status, and update customers on delivery schedules.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain sales contracts, invoices, and shipping documents in compliance with UAE regulations.
• Market Knowledge: Understand the UAE industrial tools market, competitor products, and customer needs to support sales strategies.
• CRM & Reporting: Update customer databases (CRM), generate sales reports, and analyze trends to improve efficiency.
• After-Sales Support: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and warranty claims professionally.
• Trade Shows & Events: Assist in organizing exhibitions, product demos, and client meetings in the UAE/GCC region.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum 2-3 years in sales coordination, preferably in industrial tools, machinery, or manufacturing.

• UAE experience is mandatory (knowledge of local market, suppliers, and business practices).

Skills:

• Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and ERP systems.
• Strong communication (English).
• Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with cutting tools (drill bits, end mills, inserts), CNC machining, or metalworking is a strong advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with distributors, workshops, or industrial suppliers in the UAE.
• Knowledge of VAT, import/export procedures, and UAE commercial regulations.
