Scope for Talent Acquisition Leader:
The primary objective is to address the manpower demands of our growth projects, which involve 4000+ positions. The Talent Acquisition Manager will also be expected to:
Develop a long-term recruitment strategy.
Refine and enhance the selection process.
Fill critical leadership vacancies.
Specialized Expertise:
We require a Talent Acquisition Manager with deep knowledge and experience in talent acquisition, industry trends, and best practices. The ideal candidate will deliver tailored strategies and valuable insights to meet the companys specific needs, ensuring competitiveness in attracting and retaining top talent.
Development within the Talent Acquisition (TA) Function:
The selected Talent Acquisition Manager will play a pivotal role in advancing our TA teams processes and capabilities, including:
Sourcing Database: Establishing a comprehensive database to streamline candidate identification.
Interview and Selection Process: Developing standardized and efficient procedures to ensure fairness and consistency.
Onboarding: Implementing a robust onboarding program to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
Strategic Focus:
The Talent Acquisition Manager will craft a holistic, long-term recruitment strategy that aligns with the companys operational and growth objectives. This involves:
Identifying future talent needs.
Creating a pipeline of qualified candidates to address those needs effectively.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum Experience & Skills:

6 years of supervisory experience in a relevant managerial role.
Profound understanding of the connection between talent acquisition and business strategy.
Ability to design actionable steps in support of the overall TA strategy.
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Clear knowledge of UAE Labour Law and recruitment best practices.
Exceptional judgment in candidate selection and prioritization of immediate and long-term recruitment needs.
