Job Description
Inside Sales & Cold Calling:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, generate new business opportunities, and follow up on leads.
Partner Management:
Maintain and strengthen relationships with active partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and satisfaction.
Sales Coordination & Operations:
Work closely with internal teams to coordinate and manage the operational aspects of the sales process, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, follow-ups, and timely delivery.
Reporting & Documentation:
Track and document all sales activities, meetings, and outcomes using the CRM system.
Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager.
Flexibility in Travel:
Be willing to travel within the UAE and internationally as required for business development, client meetings, and partner collaborations.
Skills & Qualifications:
4-5 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or business development (preferably in B2B sales).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term business relationships.
Self-driven with a high level of initiative, organization, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
Willingness to travel within the UAE and internationally as needed.
Previous experience in sales coordination or operations is a plus.
