Full-Cycle Recruiter / 360 Recruiter

As a 360 Recruiter, youll manage the entire recruitment cycle from client acquisition and role briefings to candidate sourcing, interviews, and successful placements.
This role combines business development, talent acquisition, and relationship management, rewarding performance through an attractive commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT, infrastructure, and digital transformation roles.

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networks.

• Conduct interviews and manage the offer, negotiation, and onboarding process.

• Work closely with internal teams to understand hiring needs and project demands.

• Manage and update recruitment pipelines and reporting within the ATS/CRM system.

• Contribute to business growth through lead generation and client engagement.
