Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end sales strategy across all retail products (liabilities, assets, wealth, cards, and digital banking).
Lead branch network performance, digital channels, and distribution planning
Champion digital-first and phygital solutions to enhance customer experience.
Build and mentor high-performing sales teams, with a strong focus on performance and customer-centricity.
Partner with leadership to deliver on growth targets, transformation goals, and customer excellence.
Key Requirements:
10–15 years in Retail Banking, including 5+ years leading Sales & Distribution.

Expertise in managing multi-segment portfolios (Mass, Affluent, UHNW).
Strong digital acumen and ability to drive omnichannel transformation.
Proven success in sales growth, customer engagement, and team leadership.
