Front Office Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge across multiple fashion and lifestyle brands.
• Drive direct sales by understanding customer needs and offering suitable recommendations.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
• Collaborate with store teams to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Maintain the
  
  visual merchandising and cleanliness of the store.

Experience Required: 0-3 years in Direct Sales and Front Office

Preferred candidate profile

• Prior experience in direct sales, front-office sales, or retail preferred.
• Strong sales and customer service skills with a passion for fashion and retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
