The client is a dynamic and fast-growing real estate developer in Dubai, focused on delivering large-scale commercial and mixed-use projects.

• 
  
  Lead full project lifecycle from concept, design, and planning through construction, handover, and pre-opening
• 
  
  Oversee financial feasibility, investment analysis, and commercial contract negotiations
• 
  
  Manage design development with consultants, ensuring compliance with regulations and project goals
• 
  
  Supervise construction activities, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality, and safety standards are met
• 
  
  Maintain contract administration, cost control, and implement value engineering strategies
• 
  
  
  
  Develop and track project schedules, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
• 
  
  Ensure regulatory compliance and manage relationships with authorities and key stakeholders
• 
  
  Report on project performance, maintain documentation, and support policy and process development

• 
  
  Holds a degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field (Masters preferred)
• 
  
  Has 8+ years of experience delivering full lifecycle commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments
• 
  
  Strong expertise in design management, construction oversight, and commercial project delivery
• 
  
  Proven track record managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders in the UAE
• 
  
  Deep understanding of local building codes, regulations, and development approval processes
