Senior Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Assistant Manager to join our growing real estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong English and Arabic communication skills, a solid background in marketing, preferably within the real estate industry and a flair for creativity. This role would be ideally for someone who can contribute to innovative campaigns that elevate brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies and campaigns

Conduct market research to identify trends, knowledge on external agencies activity, and customer insights for campaign development

Support in the creation of marketing materials (brochures, presentations, ads, social media content)

Manage the company s social media accounts and content calendar

Coordinate marketing events, property launches, and promotional activities

Monitor google profiles and website

Ensure brand consistency across all communication platforms

Work closely with sales and design teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

2 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the real estate sector

Bilingual in English and Arabic (Proof read and write English and Arabic)

Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign management

Creative mindset with excellent copywriting and content development skills

Experience managing or coordinating with creative and media agencies
