Overview
Our client, a publicly listed Chinese corporation, is a leading OEM/ODM manufacturer of telecommunications equipment and application products, ranking the top 2 in the industry. As part of their strategic international expansion, they are seeking an accomplished Sales Leader based in Dubai to spearhead business development across the MENA region.
What You Will Do
- Strategically develop and implement market expansion initiatives for the Middle East region
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with telecommunications operators and industry stakeholders
- Provide leadership and professional development for the regional sales organization
- Drive revenue growth and expand market presence to meet organizational objectives
- Serve as company ambassador at industry conferences and exhibitions
- Conduct market intelligence analysis to capitalize on emerging opportunities
What You Will Need
- Minimum 5-7 years of telecommunications sales experience, including 3+ years of regional expertise in the Middle East
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales performance metrics
- Comprehensive knowledge of 4G/5G technologies, PON systems, and automotive electronics
- Superior interpersonal and relationship management capabilities
- Professional fluency in English required; Chinese language proficiency highly advantageous
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant discipline
