Job Description

You will be working in the Saudi recruitment team growing the Sales & Marketing KSA market.

  • This is a full 360 recruitment consultant opportunity, and you will be responsible for driving business development, building new client relationships, and sourcing top talent through networking, meetings, and events.
  • You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from generating leads to qualifying and selling recruitment services to potential clients.
  • Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates, negotiating contracts, and pitching tailored solutions will be a core part of your role.
  • You ll have the chance to work with exclusive, high-profile clients and engage with influential business leaders across various sectors.
