What You ll Own:
- Full-funnel digital strategy across paid, organic, social, and email
- Management of high-performing paid campaigns (Google, Bing, Meta)
- SEO (technical, content, and link-building)
- Brand growth via social (especially Facebook & Instagram)
- Email automation and lead nurture flows
- UX/CRO improvements across WordPress sites
- Web performance reporting alongside our data analyst
- Leading and developing a growing marketing team
- Exploring offline channels like direct mail and partnerships
What You Bring:
- 7+ years in performance marketing, ideally in lead-gen environments

- Solid grasp of WordPress, email marketing, and analytics tools
- Leadership experience-confident managing people and performance
