Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

Location: Dubai, UAE (Hybrid/Remote)

One of our clients, headquartered in Dubai, is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to develop scalable Compliance and RegTech solutions. This role focuses on building secure, high-performance applications using Angular (frontend) and Django REST Framework/Python (backend) to streamline risk assessment, counterparty onboarding, and regulatory screening.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop full-stack applications with Angular and Django/Python.

• Design and maintain secure, scalable APIs, ensuring seamless integration and robust authentication.

• 

  Build UI/UX experiences tailored for compliance workflows.

• Ensure regulatory alignment by implementing best practices in data privacy (GDPR, ISO 27001) and security.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Optimise performance, automate workflows, and enhance testing strategies for reliability.

• Stay updated on emerging AI-driven compliance automation trends and technologies.

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with expertise in Angular and Django/Python.

• Strong background in secure coding, API security, and database management (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server).

• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Prior experience in RegTech, Compliance, or FinTech.
