Sr. Business Development Manager

• After a very successful 2024, looking for Sr. Business Development Manager to join their team in Dubai/London.
• Reporting directly to the Head in London.
• Develop and execute business development strategies tailored to CFD trading and client acquisition
• Serve as the primary contact for affiliates, providing technical support, onboarding guidance, and deal coordination
• Monitor and manage IB systems, ensuring smooth operations and timely updates
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver client-focused solutions
• Prepare reports and insights for leadership to inform strategic decisions
• Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments

Key Candidate Criteria

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or any related field

• At least 5+ years of experience in Business Development, brokerage, or trading.
• Solid understanding of CFD trading, financial instruments, and brokerage operations
• Background in investment banking or institutional trading is a strong advantage.
• Willing to relocate from Mainland China or Hong Kong to Dubai.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.

Salary

• 5K to 8K GPB (May vary depending on level of experience & capabilities)
