Junior CFO | Finance Strategist

This is not a traditional finance position its a hybrid of financial control, business strategy, and innovation.

You will manage the companys accounting and reporting functions while building intelligent dashboards and financial models that guide decision-making.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, data-oriented, and tech-savvy, with a passion for transforming finance through AI and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise
  
  cashflow, payroll, financial reporting, and operational budgeting.
• Design and maintain automated dashboards using Google Sheets, Notion, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.) to streamline analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
• Lead external accountants and ensure accurate invoice management and compliance.

• Deliver monthly financial forecasts, dashboards, and performance reports to the founders.
