We are looking for talented Web Developers & SEO Experts to join our team remotely. The ideal candidates will have expertise in WordPress development, Divi, Elementor, and advanced White Hat SEO strategies. We have three open positions for Junior, Senior, and Manager roles, offering a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic digital team while optimizing high-performance websites.

Key Responsibilities:Web Development (WordPress, Divi & Elementor)

• Build, design, and maintain high-performance websites using WordPress, Divi, and Elementor.
• Develop responsive, mobile-friendly, and visually appealing website layouts.
• Optimize website speed, performance, and security.
• Troubleshoot website issues, bugs, and errors to ensure seamless user experience.
• Integrate plugins, APIs, and third-party tools to enhance functionality.
  

SEO Optimization & Digital Strategy

• Implement advanced White Hat SEO strategies to drive organic traffic.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
• Manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to improve search engine rankings.
• Conduct website audits to identify and fix SEO issues.
• Develop and execute SEO content strategies for increased visibility.
• Optimize website structure, URL hierarchy, and internal linking.

Additional Responsibilities (Based on Seniority Level)

• Junior Role: Assist with website updates, SEO execution, and basic web development tasks.
• Senior Role: Lead SEO strategy, website optimization, and complex site customizations.
• Manager Role: Oversee the entire SEO & Web Development team, manage projects, and drive long-term digital growth strategies.

Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience in web development using WordPress, Divi, and Elementor.

Expertise in White Hat SEO, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO auditing tools ( SEMrush, Moz, etc.).
Familiarity with schema markup, structured data, and Core Web Vitals optimization.
Experience with speed optimization, caching, and performance tools (WP Rocket, Cloudflare, etc.).
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (for Senior & Manager roles).
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects remotely.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with local SEO, eCommerce SEO (WooCommerce), and multilingual SEO.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles, website conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Experience managing remote teams (for Manager role).
