Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with banking clients to enhance sales.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through market research and industry networking.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to promote client retention and new sales.
  • Achieve and exceed established sales targets and contribute to the branchs growth.
  • Collaborate with team members to strategize and execute effective sales plans.
  • Conduct detailed needs analysis to recommend suitable banking products to customers.
  • Stay updated on banking products and regulatory changes to advise clients accurately.
  • Utilize sales tools and techniques to enhance banking product sales effectively.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Attend branch and client meetings to facilitate sales discussions and training.
  • Participate in community events to identify potential sales and networking opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to banking policies, ethical guidelines, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Proven experience in banking sales or financial services sales environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are crucial.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products, financial markets, and industry trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite for reporting.
  • Demonstrated capacity to build and maintain professional client relationships.
  • An understanding of compliance protocols and regulatory frameworks in banking.
