Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Proven experience in banking sales or financial services sales environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are crucial.
- Strong knowledge of banking products, financial markets, and industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite for reporting.
- Demonstrated capacity to build and maintain professional client relationships.
- An understanding of compliance protocols and regulatory frameworks in banking.
