Job Description


Human resources (HR) managers are responsible for overseeing the recruitment, hiring, training, and development of employees within an organization. They ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and create policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment. HR managers handle employee relations, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions. They collaborate with department managers and executives to align HR strategies with business goals.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to attract, retain, and develop employees.
  • Recruit and hire qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and oversee training and development programs.
  • Handle performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal setting.
  • Resolve employee conflicts and address employee relations issues.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Oversee employee payroll and attendance tracking.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Stay updated with changes in employment laws and industry best practices.
  • Bachelors degree in human resources management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in human resources management.
