IT Support Specialist Microsoft E5 Security

We are seeking a proactive IT Security & Support Specialist with proven expertise in implementing and managing the Microsoft 365 E5 security suite and Zero Trust Security frameworks in enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will take ownership of securing our IT ecosystem, driving compliance, and ensuring advanced protection across users, devices, and data. Alongside this, the candidate should have a solid understanding of networking (Ruijie, Cisco) and CCTV systems to provide well-rounded IT support when required. This role requires a highly motivated professional who anticipates risks, acts decisively, and enables a secure, seamless IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and manage the Microsoft 365 E5 security suite across the enterprise.
• Deploy and maintain Zero Trust Security frameworks, including conditional access, MFA, endpoint protection, and identity governance.
• Configure and monitor Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Identity, Office 365, and Cloud Apps.
• Manage data compliance, governance, DLP (Data Loss Prevention), and Information Protection
  
  features within Microsoft 365 E5.
• Oversee Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) for identity and access management.
• Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and threat analysis.
• Ensure proactive monitoring and rapid response to incidents using Microsoft s security ecosystem.
• Document IT policies, security configurations, and provide user awareness training.
• Collaborate with leadership to design and enforce enterprise-wide Zero Trust strategy.
• Provide IT support and ensure smooth adoption of Microsoft E5 tools across departments.
• Have a strong understanding of networking (Ruijie & Cisco switches, routers, access points) to support infrastructure.
• Have a good understanding of CCTV systems and their integration within enterprise networks.

  3 5 years of experience in IT security and enterprise IT administration.
• Proven expertise in implementing and managing Microsoft 365 E5 Security solutions.
• Hands-on knowledge of Zero Trust Security frameworks.
• Strong experience with identity protection, conditional access, MFA, and endpoint management.
• Solid understanding of Ruijie and Cisco networking devices (switches, routers, firewalls, access points).
• Good understanding of CCTV solutions and network integration.
• Ability to work proactively, identify risks early, and implement preventive measures.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and cross-team communication skills.
