The Parts and Accessories Salesperson is responsible for identifying customer needs and recommending the appropriate automotive parts and accessories. They engage with customers to understand their requirements, provide information on available products, and make recommendations based on vehicle specifications. The Parts and Accessories Salesperson assists in locating and ordering parts, processes transactions, and maintains accurate inventory records. They also play a role in merchandising and promoting products to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying and selecting the appropriate automotive parts and accessories.
• Provide accurate and timely information on product availability, pricing, and compatibility.
• Process parts orders and ensure timely delivery or pickup.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• Collaborate with the service department to identify recurring needs and potential upsell opportunities.
• Promote and merchandise products to increase customer awareness and sales.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
• Stay informed on industry trends and new product releases.
