Quality Analyst

The Quality Analyst is responsible for ensuring that products, services, or processes meet established quality standards. This role involves conducting tests, analyzing results, and identifying areas for improvement to support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The position requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail within a structured quality management framework in compliance with UAE regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.

• Conduct audits, inspections, and quality tests on products or services.

• Identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions.

  

• Collaborate with teams to improve processes and ensure compliance with standards.

• Document quality issues and maintain detailed inspection records.

• Monitor production or service processes to identify deviations from quality standards.

• Assist in the development of training programs related to quality assurance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role.

• Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001 and related UAE regulations.

• Proficient in using quality tools and data analysis software.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
