Retail Sales Consultant

The Retail Sales Consultant is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and providing expert advice on products and services within a retail environment. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to enhance their shopping experience. The consultant plays a key role in achieving store targets while maintaining high standards of merchandising and visual presentation, in compliance with UAE retail regulations and customer service norms.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers with product selection, demonstrating features, and offering solutions based on individual needs and preferences.

• Meeting or exceeding personal and store sales targets by actively promoting products and upselling where appropriate.

• Maintaining product knowledge to provide accurate information on specifications, warranties, and availability.

• Handling transactions efficiently using POS systems and ensuring all procedures are followed accurately.

• Managing stock levels on the shop floor and participating in inventory counts and replenishment.

• Ensuring visual merchandising standards are met, including proper display and cleanliness of retail areas.

• 
  Handling customer complaints or concerns professionally and resolving them in a timely manner.

• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth store operations and consistent customer service delivery.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, or Retail Management is an advantage.

• Minimum of 2 3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, preferably within the UAE.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.

• Proven ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure in a fast-paced retail setting.

• Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management tools, and basic sales reporting.

• Well-groomed, professional appearance with a proactive and approachable personality.
