Retail Sales Manager

The Retail Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail store, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role involves managing a team of sales associates, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the store meets its revenue goals. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, retail experience, and the ability to analyze sales trends to improve business performance.

Responsibilities:

• oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow

• develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

• manage, train, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance

• ensure excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or complaints

• 
  analyze sales reports and market trends to identify growth opportunities

• maintain inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment

• ensure visual merchandising and store displays are attractive and in line with brand standards

• handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial management of the store

• monitor competitor activities and implement strategies to stay ahead in the market

• ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

  bachelors degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field

• proven experience as a retail sales manager or in a similar role

• strong leadership and team management skills

• excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions

• knowledge of inventory management and merchandising principles

• proficiency in using retail management software and POS systems

• fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
