Senior Finance Manager

We are looking for an experienced and strategic senior finance manager to oversee all financial planning, reporting, and decision-making processes within the organization. Responsibilities:

• develop and implement financial strategies to support the companys growth and profitability

• oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency

• analyze financial reports, market trends, and business performance to provide strategic insights

• ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal financial policies

• 

  manage cash flow, investments, and risk assessment to optimize financial stability

• lead and mentor the finance team to enhance productivity and financial expertise

• collaborate with senior leadership to support decision-making and business expansion initiatives

• identify cost-saving opportunities and operational improvements to drive profitability

• oversee financial audits, tax filings, and reporting to maintain transparency and accountability

• develop financial models and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance

Requirements:

• bachelor s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred)

• minimum 7-10 years of experience in finance management, with at least 3 years in a senior role

• strong knowledge of financial planning, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance

• excellent leadership and team management skills

• proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel

• proven ability to analyze complex financial data and make strategic recommendations

• strong communication and stakeholder management skills
