Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or similar HR roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Familiarity with recruitment-specific software and application tracking systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills are a must.
