• Capture high-quality video and photographic content across various initiatives and events.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives and deliverables.
• Edit and produce polished video content, including color correction and sound editing.
• Maintain and organize video and photographic equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
• 
  Stay updated on photography and videography trends to incorporate new techniques.
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining quality outputs.
• Direct and style shoots, ensuring the subject matter aligns with the project vision.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and project goals.
• Ensure all produced content adheres to brand guidelines and standards.
• Work collaboratively with designers and other creatives to brainstorm new concepts.
• Archiving video footage and photographic material systematically for future retrieval.
• Participate in pre-production meetings to secure the successful planning of shoots.

• Bachelor s degree in Film, Photography, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Videographer and Photographer or similar role.
• Proficiency in video and photo editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical capacity in visual media.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Ability to handle camera equipment, including lighting and audio setups.
• Flexibility to travel and work on weekends or evenings as necessary.
