- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers.
- Develop and implement QA strategies and processes for healthcare software.
- Ensure testing activities align with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HL7, etc.).
- Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure high-quality releases.
- Oversee both manual and automated testing processes.

- 5+ years of software testing experience, with 3+ years in a QA leadership role.
