Job Description

As a Sales Associate at our company, you will play a crucial role in converting prospects into clients by presenting and selling relevant courses tailored to individual needs and career goals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Counseling prospects to provide guidance on the value and benefits of our educational programs.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing healthcare professionals and students.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs, including new enrollments and revenue goals.

- Analyzing market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Understanding healthcare professionals" and students" needs through consultations and recommending the most suitable training programs or courses.
- Maintaining accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in the CRM system for tracking progress and follow-ups.
- Providing post-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications required for this role include:

- Prior experience in sales or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work towards targets and deadlines.
- Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
